A clearer call screen
Each call opens with a short summary and anything you need to do, then the transcript, which follows the recording as it plays.
The transcript fills word by word as the call plays
The line being said darkens word by word, lines still to come stay gray, and tapping any line plays the call from there.
Choose when the AI answers first
Set times for the AI to pick up first, like evenings and weekends or the lunch hour, or hand it every call for a few hours with one switch.
Test changes before callers hear them
Paste in your own instructions, try them side by side with the AI that's live now, and publish only when you're happy; a change that would break one of the AI's fixed rules is stopped.
