Cancellation: Same-day bookings are non-refundable. With Peek Protect: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a refund. You may reschedule once, but rescheduled bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed again. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued at the guide’s discretion.

- Customers must be 18+ to book and sign waivers.
- I acknowledge that the combined weight must not exceed 400lbs.
- No alcohol or drugs is allowed before or during the rental.
- If no Boating Safety Card, can take exam for temporary certificate valid 90 days in Florida, cost $13.99
- Passengers must be 6 or older to ride jet car
