Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old to rent motorized boats and have valid driver's license; 23 years old to operate jet skis
- Must be at least 18 years old for non-motorized rentals or have written parental consent if under 18
- Valid driver's license required for boat rentals and UTV tours
- NASBLA approved boating education required for operators born after Jan 1, 1988 for vessels 10 HP or greater
- Passengers of any age allowed on vessels; children under 13 must wear USCG approved life jackets
- UTV drivers must be 21 or 18 with legal guardian over 21; minimum age for UTV tour guests is 6 years old
