Duration: 3.5 hours Cancellation: Private Charter Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received 4 weeks prior to sailing date in order to receive a refund on payment or deposit. If you have made a credit card deposit to reserve a Private Charter and do not show, we will process the payment.

What's included
- Prices include all bait, however any lost tackle is an additional price.
- More Info A customary gratuity of 18%-20% is not included in our rates.
- Rod rentals not included.
- Prices do not include customary 18-20% gratuity for the mate. b.
- Provided however, in the event of such cancellations, the Captain shall return all deposits paid thereunder.
- The open party boat pricing does not include food or beverages.
Requirements
- Food and Drinks Liquor Laws prohibit guests from bringing any alcohol aboard the Sunbeam VII.
- A rod rental is $8.00 Rod rentals must be returned with rig attached to pole. (Just the way you received it).
- Remaining balance must be paid in full prior to boarding. a.
- Rod and rig must be returned at end of trip.
- Lost tackle on Open Party boat is NOT included and must be purchased at shore side prices.
