Requirements
- Renter must be 21+ with valid government photo ID and credit card used to book
- Operators must be 14+ in Nebraska (boater education card required if born after Dec 31, 1985)
- Operators must be 12+ in Iowa (boater education card required if 12-17)
- Passengers must be 7+ and wear a properly-fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved PFD at all times
- No alcohol or drugs before or during the rental
