Shiny Rock Boat Rental offers boat rentals with a clear cancellation policy. Cancellations more than 14 days before rental get 100% refund minus 3% fee; within 14 days get 50% refund minus 3% fee; within 3 days get no refund. Exceptions apply for extenuating circumstances such as severe weather, death in family, natural disasters, political unrest, or boat issues.
Cancellation: If Renter cancels a reservation more than 14 calendar days before the Rental Term, Shiny Rock Boat’s will return 100% of Rental Purchase Amount minus Shiny Rock Boat’s processing fee (3% of purchase). If cancellation occurs within 14 calendar days of the Rental Term, Shiny Rock Boat’s will return 50% of Rental Purchase Amount minus Shiny Rock Boat’s processing fee (3% of purchase). If cancellation occurs within 3 calendar days of the Rental Term, Shiny Rock Boat’s will return 0% of Rental Purchase Amount.
