Duration: 2 hours Cancellation: However, we do not offer a refund if you are late and miss the boat. If you are late and miss the boat: no refund will be issued. If your passenger count changes before check-in time, you are responsible for calling the desk to alert crew for a refund based on our previously stated cancellation policy. Arriving with fewer passengers than originally scheduled without prior notice will result in no refund of unused tickets. In addition, you are not guaranteed a refund on purchased tickets if lack of additional availability prevents you from cruising with us. Weather Related Cancellation: Cancellation due to weather is decided by the captain by time of departure.
