Sail Sunset offers private sailing charters departing from Pier 25, Manhattan. The captain has sole discretion to cancel charters due to inclement weather or safety concerns. Guests can reschedule once with a fee or purchase cancellation protection for refunds.

All bookings are final and non-refundable except with 48-Hour Cancellation Protection purchased for 20% extra. Guests who arrive late or no-show forfeit booking with no refund or rescheduling. Strongly recommend travel insurance for trip cancellation and interruption.
