Guests experience a hot air balloon flight averaging 45 minutes to 1 hour, with the entire experience lasting about 2.5 to 3 hours including preparation and celebration. Flights cover between 4 and 10 miles and include a chase crew to return guests to the meeting point. Static tether balloon rides are also available, which do not leave the ground.

Requirements
- Minimum age 10 years old and at least 48 inches tall
- Must be able to stand unassisted for at least one hour
- Must be able to climb unassisted in and out of the basket
- No pregnancy, recent surgery, knee or back issues
- Passengers under 18 must have parent or legal guardian sign waiver and accompany them
