Adventure Center

Boston, CT

The Adventure Center rents high quality outdoor equipment for various adventure sports including cross country skis, snowshoes, backpacks, sleeping bags, and mountain bikes. It also hosts fitness events such as the DEKA FIT Roadshow and Powerlifting Competition. Facilities including meeting rooms and fields are available for rental by university departments.

Duration: 1 day   Cancellation: Facility rentals require minimum 1 hour, 30 days advance booking, and $50 non-refundable admin fee Cancellations for facility rentals must be made 72 hours in advance for refund minus admin fee

Requirements

• Valid UConn ID required for equipment rentals and participation in events
• Cycle Share rentals available to Student Recreation Center members only
• DEKA FIT open to all fitness levels, teams allowed from age 10+
• Powerlifting competition requires UConn Recreation membership and some experience with lifts recommended
