- Stall with fan, turnout, twice-daily grain, daily hay feedings
- Blanketing during cold weather (owner provides or may rent)

- Personalized training program with unlimited lessons and training rides weekly (Full Board & Training Package and above)
- Shoes, bodywork, chiropractic, clipping, mane pulling, and $500 quarterly vet allowance (Premium Full Training Package)
Requirements
- Owner must supply blankets or rent for $50/month if needed
- Lessons for beginner riders include one-on-one instruction on horse handling, grooming, and tacking up
- Riders expected to prepare horse independently once foundational skills are mastered
