Palatine Park District manages parks, recreational programs, and community events. They offer a fenced dog park with separate areas for large and small dogs, open year-round. The district also hosts events such as theater performances, holiday pet photos, and running races.

Requirements
- Proof of current vaccinations (rabies, DA2PP, Bordetella, internal parasite test) required for dog park registration
- Dogs must wear registration and license tags in dog park
- Handler aged 16 or older must be present at all times in dog park
- Children must be at least 6 years old and accompanied by parent or guardian to enter dog park
- Dogs in heat and dogs under 4 months not allowed in dog park
