The park offers more than 30 miles of official trails through mature oaks, sycamores, and elderberry trees, with two year-round streams. It is a designated wildlife sanctuary home to many rare and endangered plants and animals. Visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, equestrian trails, bird watching, interpretive programs, picnic areas, restrooms, and scenic overlooks.
