Guests rent boats or jet skis to explore local waters including Shell Key, John’s Pass Sandbars, and Bunce’s Pass Sandbar. Operators must meet age and licensing requirements. Rentals include liability insurance but guests are responsible for damages.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID to sign contracts
- Boat license required if born after January 1, 1988; Florida or NASBLA boater’s education card required
- Jet ski operators must be at least 16 years old with parent present to sign if minor
- Valid driver’s license and major credit card for refundable $500 deposit required
