Requirements

• Safety & Rules Age & Licensing Requirements Age Requirement: All drivers must be at least 18 years old.
• Passengers can be any age, but minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• License Requirement: If born before January 1, 1988: No boating license is required to operate the boat car.
• Although wearing the life jacket is not mandatory, it is highly recommended for your safety.
• Identification: Have a driver’s license or government-issued I.D. and boating license ready for check-in.
