These preserves feature trout fishing in clear waters with opportunities for dry fly fishing and catching multiple trout species. Membership is by invitation only and focused on preserving a high-quality fishing experience.

- Nearly two miles of private river on South Boulder Creek with catch and release fishing
- 5 acre Pactolus Lake and three spring fed ponds with large wary trout
- Boulder River Ranch offers a one mile stretch of river and 5 ponds with large feisty trout
- Singing River Ranch on Upper Bear Creek with wild brown trout and occasional 3-pound rainbow
