Requirements
- Primary driver must be at least 21 years old with valid driver's license and credit card
- If driver born on or after Jan 1, 1989, must present boater education card from Tennessee or equivalent
- Any child under 13 must wear U.S.C.G. approved flotation device at all times onboard
- Each person on towable tube must wear U.S.C.G approved personal flotation device; inflatable flotation devices prohibited
