Requirements
- Renter must be at least 19 years old
- Valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) required
- Valid government-issued photo ID required at pickup
- Operators must not be impaired by alcohol or drugs
- Operators must be at least 16 years old
- All passengers must wear Coast Guard-approved life jackets at all times
