Guests solve themed puzzles in private escape rooms lasting 60 or 75 minutes, guided by a live game master who provides hints. Rooms accommodate 2 to 12 players and are designed for groups, families, and team building. Family-friendly rooms have no scares and encourage teamwork across ages.

Requirements
- Participants must be at least 8 years old
- Children aged 8 to 15 must be accompanied by a participating adult in the same game room
- Any group with participants under 16 must have at least one adult (18+) playing in the same room
- Every participant must sign a liability waiver before entering a game room
- Participants who appear visibly intoxicated will not be permitted to play
