Rent fully equipped 22- to 24-foot boats from Homer Harbor for fishing and exploring Kachemak Bay. Orientation is mandatory the evening before the trip. Boats come with fishing gear, GPS, VHF radios, safety equipment, and life jackets.
Cancellation: $300/day deposit required to hold reservation, non-refundable outside cancellation window Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before rental, or if K-Bay cancels due to mechanical failure or Small Craft Advisory No refund for no-shows, cancellations less than 14 days, intoxication, or safety turnaways No intoxication allowed; renters appearing intoxicated denied boat with no refund

- Adult and child life jackets provided
- Safety equipment including fire extinguishers, first aid kit, EPIRB, inflatable emergency raft, flare gun
Requirements
- Operator must be 25 years or older with valid driver's license
- Operator must have Boater’s Education certificate or USCG license, or verifiable saltwater experience and book by phone
- Operator must attend mandatory orientation the evening before trip
- Operator must comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
- Everyone fishing 16 or older needs a current Alaska Fishing License before boarding
- Children of any age may ride as passengers; child life jackets provided; children must be supervised and sign liability waiver
