Duration: 1 hour Cancellation: For most reservations, we can provide a refund if notified via email 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity. Certain reservations, such as large groups or special circumstances, may require a different cancellation policy, which will be discussed during the booking process. We ride rain or shine.
