Requirements

• Familiarity with practicing Integral Yoga Hatha Level I required for Module 1
• Completion of Module 1 required for admission into Module 2
• Adaptive Gentle & Chair Yoga Teacher Training requires certified Yoga teachers with minimum 200 hours training or comparable experience
