Requirements

• All horses must be up to date on all vaccinations
• No horses from facilities with active or recent strangles cases (within 21 days)
• No horses from facilities under state quarantine until 14 days after restrictions lifted
• Riders schooling on cross-country course must wear safety helmet and protective vest and be accompanied by a partner over 18 with a mobile phone
