Guests can take an Introductory Flight which includes about 30 minutes of ground school and a 30 or 60-minute flight lesson where they can control the helicopter with instructor guidance. The flight time counts towards a Private Pilot License if training continues. The school offers FAA Part 61 and Part 141 training programs and assists international students with visa processes.

- Maximum weight per seat including baggage: 200 lbs for R22, 300 lbs for R44
- U.S. citizens must provide valid passport or birth certificate and driver's license
- Resident aliens must provide valid green card and passport
- Non-US citizens require Student Visa and TSA clearance for training under FAA Part 141
