Duration: 2 hours Cancellation: Cancellation refund if notified in writing 30+ days before, less $50 fee Deposits non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days before; no refund if no-show or after final payment Captain may cancel or end trip early for safety or intoxicated behavior; no refund in such cases Charters proceed in rain/wind unless unsafe; no refund if customer cancels due to weather

Requirements
- Fishing licence required for all who fish, including children; free for under 16 but must be recorded
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and wear life jackets
- Inform Captain of any medical conditions prior to departure
- Recommended to take motion sickness remedy before trip if prone
