• Minimum age 15 years; under 18 must be assisted by an adult
• Maximum passenger weight 420 lbs; max 600 lbs for two guests in helicopter
• Blood alcohol level must be below 0.04%
• Shirts and shoes required; closed-toe shoes recommended
• No prohibited items allowed; metal detectors may be used
• Must not be convicted felon, fugitive, dishonorably discharged, adjudicated mentally defective, pregnant, or under 15 unaccompanied
