Lafayette Reservoir Recreation Area offers activities including hiking on over 10 miles of trails, fishing with required permits, and boat rentals. The park has picnic tables, BBQ grills, and a children's playground. Dogs are allowed on leash, and there are specific rules to prevent invasive mussels in the water.

Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old to rent boats
- California State Fishing License and EBMUD Fishing Access Permit required for fishing
- All boats must be clean, drained, and dry and pass on-site invasive mussel inspection before launch
