Requirements
- Experienced paddle boarders must be at least 18 years old to launch without a guide

- Paddleboards are considered vessels by USCG and Delaware law; life jackets and whistles are required
- Children age 12 and younger must wear a USCG-approved life jacket at all times on a paddleboard
