Cancellation: If the trip is canceled by the customer seven days before or prior, the deposit will be refunded. If less than seven days out, the customer is charged 50% of the charter booked. If the charter is canceled within 48 hours of departure or customer fails to arrive for the scheduled charter, the customer is charged 100% of charter booked. Weather cancellations are at the discretion of the captain.
