Amenities include a full-service restaurant, catering, restrooms, fuel dock, and a ship store. Rentals include single kayaks by the hour, with guided tours and lessons available at nearby boathouses.

Requirements
- Vessels docked must be registered in DC regardless of residence
- Documented vessels over 25 ft must be registered in DC
- No liveaboards permitted; 3+ nights in 7 days considered liveaboard
- Kayaks have a weight capacity of 250 pounds and can hold one adult and a small child
