Requirements
- Must have proper knowledge to operate vessel and be sole operator
- No alcohol or drugs while operating
- Child under 6 must wear USCG approved life jacket at all times
- Photo ID required
- Boating Safety Education ID Card required if born after Jan 1, 1988
- Boats not allowed past Port Canaveral Lock, north of NASA Causeway, or south of Pineda Causeway
