Cancellation: Changes to an existing reservation (including cancellations) must be made by phone, not by email. Our shop hours are daily from 8-5:30HST. Rescheduling the date of an existing reservation must be done 48 hours prior to your check in time. Reservations canceled by phone 48+ hours prior to your check in time will be fully refunded.

- Please do NOT register for PADI eLearning! We provide all instruction materials for your class.
Requirements
- All participants must be confident enough to swim without a life jacket or flotation device and have previous snorkeling experience.
- Newly certified divers must be processed online and be assigned a certification/diver number before they can join a charter.
- You can either print the page or take a screenshot with your phone and bring it to check-in along with a photo ID.

- For this reason, all passengers boarding any of our vessels must be able to swim (even passengers who are not getting into the water).
- All passengers getting into the water must be confident swimming without a life jacket and have previous snorkeling experience.

What is the likelihood of seeing mantas?
What happens if I don’t see any Mantas? On average, we see manta rays about 95% of the time. They are, of course, wild creatures and no guarantees can be made for their presence. If you happen to join us on a night where we don’t see any manta rays, we are happy to offer you a 50% discount off of your next Manta Ray Night Charter with us.
