- Must pass a personal safety evaluation with an ARC Range Safety Officer
- Must attend Range Orientation Class
- Bring your own firearm for safety evaluation
- Background check required unless presenting unexpired Texas License to Carry
- New members must complete 3 volunteer Work Days within a year
