- Free use of aircraft for initial checkride included in multi-engine package
Requirements
- Minimum 40 hours flight time required to become private pilot, typically 50-60 hours to complete training
- Minimum 40 hours of instrument time required for instrument rating
- Minimum 250 hours total flight time including 100 hours pilot in command and 50 hours cross-country pilot in command for commercial pilot certificate
- Minimum 25 hours training time to become certified flight instructor (CFI)
- No minimum time requirements for multi-engine rating but instructor endorsement required before checkride
