Guests can rent motorized boats for full-day use on Lake Champlain, play golf with various daily rates and social events, rent golf carts for use around the resort, and rent seasonal or overnight marina slips for their vessels. Boater safety certification is required for motorized boat operators born after 1/1/1974. The resort offers a variety of outdoor activities including bocce, yoga, and fitness center access.
Cancellation: Boat rental deposit refundable less $50 if canceled 24+ hours before launch; forfeited if canceled within 24 hours Golf cart rental requires full payment and $100 refundable security deposit at signing Cancellations 30+ days before arrival incur $75 fee; within 30 days forfeit one night stay; no refunds day of arrival or after check-in
