Appleatchee Riders Association is a private membership organization promoting fellowship among horse lovers through performance shows, dressage, hunter/jumper events, gaming events, reining, team sorting, extreme trail course, and team roping events. They also sponsor horsemanship clinics, 4-H clubs, WAHSET teams, a Pony Club, and a therapeutic riding program. The facility includes indoor and outdoor arenas, barns, camping facilities, and orchard property.
