Requirements
- Primary renter and operator must be at least 21 years old with valid government-issued photo ID
- Only authorized operators may operate or tow the rental
- Renter must be physically and legally capable of safely operating the equipment
- Operating rental equipment while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or any impairing substance is prohibited
- Renter must disclose intended destination before pickup; equipment use limited to approved locations and routes
