Guests can experience a variety of outdoor adventures including jet boat tours on Hawks Nest Lake, side-by-side off-road rides, lake multisports at Summersville Lake, flatwater kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and guided hikes. Activities range from 30 minutes to 4 hours and cater to all ages with some age and license restrictions. The resort provides guides, gear, transportation for some activities, and expert instruction.

- Minimum age 8 for guided hikes
- Minimum age 10 for Flatwater Kayaking and Stand Up Paddleboarding
- All kayaking and paddleboarding participants must be able to swim
